Over the last few season with new style directions explored with each new collection to promise intense satisfaction to the variety amongst "Chic it Up" customers. Megaline Enterprises started its operations in 2000, for Hi - fashion special effect. We expect to double the capacity in the near future, with the most innovative and technologically advanced facility, in order to foster our excellent dedication to the garment industry. Our processing unit is located at the authorized industrial estate of Ludhiana. In an exclusive interview Mr. Sunil Verma, Megaline Enterprises talks about the future, fashion trends of premium collection.

FASHION ERA: What fashion trends do you see in the industry at present ?

Mr. Sunil Verma: This year too -like every year we have introduced a haute fashion range collection. Designing that never go out of fashion with additions and twists. We continually bring to our customers the latest and hottest washes and finishes for knits with our modern machinery and infrastructure which is at par with the European processing units. Some of them are Laser Engraving, 3D Effect Machines and Ozone processing machines.

FASHION ERA: Uncompromising focus on detailing?

Mr. Sunil Verma: When it comes to going that extra mile for pleasing their audience there are no compromises. Now-a-days tough washes are in fashion. Specially mix uneven washes for T-Shirts . Garments washed at our unit possess qualities like permanent softness, durability, skin friendly, enhanced colors, and restored original texture of the fabric. The volatile organic chemicals are also oxidized-destroying all air borne micro-organisms including bacteria, virus, mold, fungi, spores etc. Our unit is capable of washing organically including the organic indigo bleaching.

FASHION ERA: How do you figure out your special effects?

Mr. Sunil Verma: Finding the right pair of jeans is a daunting experience because different body shapes and structures warrant different fits. Top two purchase criteria for clothes that move with them, without pulling at the wrong places. We understand the stress points at the knees, hips, crotch and behind and during washing of the garments we consider all these factors and wash accordingly. Our basic chemicals are sourced from leading European suppliers and provide, who are quality conscious.

FASHION ERA: There is lot of technological development happening in sustainable washing and finishing of garments. Is it the cost of technology or the scale of business?

Mr. Sunil Verma: Behind every innovative item of clothing is likely to be an innovative technology. Coupled with the drive towards a more sustainable

supply chain, some exciting new developments are emerging, from ozone and laser technology to nanobubbles and odour prevention.

There is no doubt that technological developments are helping garment companies differentiate their products and operate more efficient and cost-effective supply chains - which makes it imperative for manufacturers to remain in touch with what's new. Megaline Enterprises develops latest washing trends we are into 5% of jeans washing. We are maily into knits.We are learning every day how to develop the new product. We know we can apply any property to a garment without using much water.
